Part-time HR Coordinator

**Your Role**

As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for a variety of HR tasks with the flexibility to make the role your own. Your day-to-day work may include:

- Coordinating payroll tasks with accounting and maintaining employee records
- Managing benefits administration and acting as a liaison with providers
- Maintaining and organizing HR documentation and compliance checklists
- Answering employee questions and assisting with policy communication
- Helping streamline and improve HR processes as we grow

**What You Bring**
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator, assistant or generalist role
- Familiarity with Alberta employment standards and HR best practices
- _Bonus if you’ve worked in a technical, engineering or industrial environment_
- CHRP or PHR is an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a flexible schedule

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
