**About Us**:
Douglas Works is a small business. We are fast-paced, professional, detail-oriented and our goal is to provide outstanding lawn care, landscaping and property maintenance services to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading and unloading equipment from the trailer
- Light machine maintenance including adding fuel, checking oil, changing trimmer line
- Cutting grass using a push-mower
- Running a line trimmer
- Use of a backpack blower or other equipment to clear properties of debris
- Manual labour including shoveling, raking, lifting, weeding
- Installing plants, shrubs, trees, and mulch
- Maintaining a clean, safe work zone
- Communicating with your supervisor with any problems or concerns you may have
- Taking on new challenges in the areas of landscaping and property maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid drivers license (G) with a clean abstract
- Must have the ability to operate a vehicle with a trailer
- Must have experience running a line trimmer (weed whacker)
- Must have transportation to and from the shop
- Must be outgoing and have a mature and professional attitude
- Must be punctual
- Must have a working mobile phone
- Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses (provided), and uniform shirts/hats (provided)
- Must be a team player as well as take individual initiative
- Must have clean criminal record

**Schedule**:

- 5-6 days per week
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Shift dates will vary depending on weather

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
