Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drive trailers to transport goods and equipment as needed
- Perform lawn care activities such as grass cutting, edging, and landscaping maintenance
- Conduct general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- Assist with routine building maintenance such as painting, minor repairs, and light fixture replacements
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools utilized in various tasks
- Provide assistance to team members and participate in collaborative projects

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience driving trailers is preferred
- Previous experience in general labor or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good all-round base knowledge is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Positive attitude and capability to work independently and within a team
