**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Proficient in cashiering and operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in cash handling with attention to detail for accurate financial transactions.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Background in the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Ability to assist customers with inquiries or concerns, demonstrating a helpful attitude at all times.
