We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. **Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Proficient in cashiering and operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in cash handling with attention to detail for accurate financial transactions.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Background in the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Ability to assist customers with inquiries or concerns, demonstrating a helpful attitude at all times.
