**Purpose of the position**:
The ultimate goal of the Client Concierge is to foster relationships for repeat and referral business by providing the client with an exceptional and hassle free experience. Clients of The West Team are both our Agents on our team (internal) and the clients we assist purchase or sell real estate (external). The Client Concierge will support both our internal and external clients through communication, coordination/scheduling, office administration, and database management.

**Client Concierge Responsibilities**
- Onboard new clients and communicate regularly with throughout the transaction process
- Effectively nurture past clients in the database to gain repeat and referral business
- Ensure high level follow up with active sellers and buyers
- Communicate with event attendees, past clients and TWT sphere through thank you notes, calls, and various personal touches
- Assist all agents with printing materials, data entry, and listing coordination
- Support Operation Manager as needed for various events throughout the year
- General office support, as needed

**Client Concierge Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in an administrative environment
- 2+ years experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal skills, must be comfortable on the phone
- Experience with project management (preferred)
- Team player and desire to exceed expectations
- Able to start right away
- Friendly and warm
- Action oriented
- Organized
- Excellent communication
- Energetic and willing to help
- Takes initiative
- Excellent attention to detail

Office Location: 2148 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON

Remote/Office: In Office

Employment Status/Type: Full-Time Employee

Salary range: $55,000+ based on experience

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
