**What you will do**
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients and patrons at the site.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Ensure duties such as access control, parcel sorting, amenities booking are completed accurately.
- Escort trespassers away from client premises
- Patrol designed areas and respond to emergencies as fire alarms, etc. by adhering to company/ client policies.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Document Complete incident reports for security purposes
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A valid ON Security License
- Prior concierge experience, especially within residential facilities, is preferred
- Prior Customer service experience is required
- Superior communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift. You will also be sitting at reception desk periodically
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
