Rotech Pumps is a leading Canadian manufacturer of industrial pumps, serving clients across North America and globally. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products backed by strong customer support and technical expertise.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and has an interest in manufacturing or industrial equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, shipping) to resolve them.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and warranty requests.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Input and manage data in our ERP system, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support project tracking and customer proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - you enjoy speaking with people and solving problems.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing equipment is an asset but not required.
- Experience with ERP systems (training can be provided).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
