**Tom Ciezki Agencies is seeking a motivated individual for an exhilarating career in the insurance industry in a full time** **postion for Sales and Service in our Sherwood Park office.**

- Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset but not required
- Superior customer sales skills to build relationships with key clients and meet or exceed performance targets
- A working knowledge of computers especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive & outgoing attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- An ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
- A coachable attitude
- The ability to speak Hindi, Gujarati or other Indian/Ethnic Language, is an asset but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to all clients with regards to underwriting, sales, and data entry
- Advise and recommend coverage and policies that best meet client needs
- Complete front line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines
- Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints
- Proactively sell, and support programs to build multi-client relationships
- Continually develop product, client, and industry knowledge
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team of experts
- Assist with marketing plans to grow the business
- Cultivate strong community relationships
