**Position Overview**

This role comes with training and mentorship from an expert in the field, who will prepare and empower you to take lead and work with autonomy.
- **While the annual base salary for this role is $50K, this role will also earn bonuses based on sales.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Provide service to client’s changing needs by selling life, health and disability insurance
- Develop leads through actively calling and networking
- Work with the Senior Advisor(s) to establish sales goals
- Update and maintain CRM database as needed
- Maintain and track a high standard of industry privacy and compliance regulations
- Educate clients about insurance options, using a needs-based review process
- Maintain current with changing industry information, including product knowledge
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) license is required
- As a community-based position, a reliable vehicle and Class 5 Driver’s License is required
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Previous experience working with a CRM system considered an asset
- Self-motivated
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Team player attitude and conduct
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of computer programs

**Work Conditions**
- Hours of work are flexed to meet the demands of the business
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and stat holidays is required

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
