**Tire Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tire-related tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance.
- Assist in sales of tires and related products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and operating equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tire installation and repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation processes.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location.
