Sherwood Park, Canada Salisbury Landscaping Full time

**This is a Full-Time Seasonal Position working out of our Nursery locations. Evenings and weekends availability is required.**

**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Meet with potential clients at both Greenhouse locations to consult and educate them on available services.
- Assess clients’ needs and translate them into detailed planting plans tailored to their properties.
- Manage and maintain multiple client relationships effectively.
- Guide clients through the landscape installation process, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of landscape practices.
- Provide accurate time and material estimates for enhancement services.
- Assist with project preparation and ensure all necessary steps are completed.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Write clear and visually supported project proposals to assist installation crews.
- Collect payments for design consultations.
- Oversee the storage of purchased materials for clients, ensuring proper labelling and regular watering until installation.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to review sold jobs.
- Educate clients on yard maintenance and landscape best practices.
- Prepare and organize enhancement files for ongoing and future projects.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Background in horticulture is considered an asset
- Experience in Landscape Estimation is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain high customer service with a high volume of clients
- Able to clearly explain designs to clients
- Knowledge of Edmonton zone plant material
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Process-orientated
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution focus
- Ability to take direction, learn, and work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends at either of our Greenhouses in Sherwood Park and St Albert
