**What you’ll be working on**
- Provides support to internal employees on low to medium complexity IT issues
- Monitors and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance of computers, servers, and networks
- Manages user accounts and access through Active Directory and other identity management tools, ensuring security and compliance
- Provides remote support for offsite employees, resolving connectivity and software-related issues for distributed teams
- Maintains accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures, contributing to the internal knowledge base

**What you bring to the role**
- Strong technical skills and previous experience in desktop support.
- Be motivated, organized, have an eye for detail and a how can I help attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in information technology or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- IT Service Management Tools and Frameworks
- Experience with presentation and conferencing technologies, particularly around Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms.
- ITIL experience preferred but not essential

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $57,317 to $73,507. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
