We offer a comprehensive benefit package as well as other more “Perks”.- The Desktop Deployment Specialist handles configuring and deploying Windows and MacOS computers to our local and remote end-user base, as well as process incoming hardware from departed users and prepare for redeployment. Experience using Microsoft Autopilot / Intune and Jamf is desired. The role will include collaboration with other IT staff in the areas of deployment and general support.- What your impact would be-
- Work with employees and new hires for new computer deployments.-
- Collaborate with the Procurement Team on issues relating to asset tracking, redeployments, basic PC fix.-
- Procure and maintain cell phone orders.-
- Create domestic and international shipping documents.-
- Install extra software as required.-
- Work with clients to review changes and resolve configuration issues.-
- Create and maintain documentation to help other staff in the areas of desktop deployment and general desktop support.-
- Field incoming requests from end users, in both local and remote offices, with a high level of customer service.-
- Maintain technical problem history through an incident management system.-
- Take part in special projects as requested.-
- Some miscellaneous administrative tasks.- What we are looking for-
- 3+ years experience deploying Windows and MacOS computers, ideally with Intune and Jamf.-
- Excellent communication skills in various mediums, and proven initiative with advanced inquisitive, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.-
- Proven knowledge of Windows 10-
- Dedication to life-long learning to continually improve technical skill set to different audiences.-
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.-
- Ability to prioritize effectively, and to perform proactively.-
- A Proven dedication to quality customer service.- What would make you stand out-
- Experience working in a support organization for a software business.-
- ITIL knowledge and experience.-
- ITSM ticketing system experience.-
- Deploying equipment to a remote workforce.-
