**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Answering customers inquires, directing calls, communicating at all times in a positive & professional manner.
- Working together with colleagues.
- Following up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
- Problem solving to help customer resolve issues on first call.
- Entering Data into various software programs.
- Appropriately communicating with customers to resolve their inquiries.
- Participating in additional training courses as required.
- Performing other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:
- Previous Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to type minimum 25 words per minute.
- Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
- The ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows.
- Must be able to work under pressure and continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented with an appreciation for processes and process improvements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
**BILINGUAL**: English/ French will be considered as an asset.
