**Who we need**:
If you’re a transformational lifelong educator looking to help shape the future of our BBA program, and are accessible to our Concord Ontario campus, we want to hear from you.

**What you will do**:

- Teaching and managing student performance.
- Fostering student success through ongoing support and coaching.
- Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Associate Dean of BBA.
- Assist in faculty related committees and meetings.
- Engage in scholarly activity in your area of expertise.

**What you bring**:

- Preference given to holders of a Doctorate degree in a Business-related discipline (DBA or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at post-secondary level.
- Industry experience and inter-disciplinary expertise.
- High levels of confidence, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
- Student centricity, real-world learning, best teaching practices and a lifelong love of learning.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism.
