The Application Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting the Salesforce and business platforms to meet business needs. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users, managing system updates, and ensuring data integrity. Reporting to the Applications Development Manager, the Application Support Administrator will be accountable for maintaining an exceptional level of support and assisting in the launching of new features, as well as troubleshooting issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to Salesforce users, resolving issues and answering queries. Perform system maintenance as required.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business analytics.
- Assist in data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Train users on best practices and new Salesforce features.
- Proficiency in managing data accuracy and integrity, including data analysis and reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation.
- Experience with data and analytics workflows in Salesforce and PowerBI
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to assist users and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train users on best practices and new features.
