**Requirements**:

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident to obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC).
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Valid Provincial Security Guard License is required.
- Valid Emergency First Aid & CPR Certification is required.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for commuting - this is a remote location not accessible by public transit.

**Duties**:

- Monitoring and maintaining security protocols at designated locations.
- Conducting regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Observing and reporting any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Enforcing access control measures to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
- Conducting inspections and verifying security measures.
- Assisting with crowd management and maintaining order as needed.
- Responding to incidents, disturbances, or emergency situations promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting observations in reports.
- Staying alert and vigilant at all times.

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong observational and situational awareness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, stay calm, and multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using security technology and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Clear criminal record and ability to pass extensive background screening.
- Able to obtain Restricted Area Clearance (RAIC).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of standing, sitting, walking, and patrolling for extended periods (4-12 hours).
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Available to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work on-call as needed.
