Bilingual Business Care Representative (Customer Support)

**Your Role**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering appropriate content and maintaining call quality levels.
- Handling inbound calls and written inquiries to act as the first point of contact for Business Customers.
- Utilize critical thinking and sound judgement to identify cases of urgency. General inquiries include questions about their billing statement and looking to make changes to their services.
- Each issue is essential to our customers, and a timely resolution is vital.
- You will escalate technical issues to our technical Support Department.
- Assist in client care and retention initiatives.

**What do you bring to the team?**
- You have worked in a Call Center
- You have been in a Senior Customer Service Role for greater than 3 years
- You have a great, friendly and bubbly personality
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills with a mandatory requirement in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Windows
