We are seeking to add to our team with the hire of **Treatment Specialists.** These positions will be based in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia on a 6/1 or 21/7 schedule.

**Major Areas of Accountability**:

- Assist in equipment installation or removal
- Troubleshoot and carry out equipment maintenance requirements on a periodic basis
- Focus on safety practices and policies while undertaking day-to-day tasks associated with the job or work site tasks
- Building ancillary equipment as needed (pipe, hoses, lift stations, cords)
- Operate waste water treatment systems
- Handling water and waste water treatment chemicals
- Interpret lab results to identify inefficiencies in operation and correct as necessary
- Inspecting ancillary equipment (pumps, hoses, heat trace, etc.)
- Data recording and analysis
- Various other duties as required

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with water treatment chemicals and processes (filters, DAF, coagulants, flocculants)
- Experience with pumps
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Be a proven collaborator with a desire to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Reliable and able to meet job requirements with little daily supervision

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and a current abstract
- 2 years’ experience preferred in the field of Fluid Management as it relates to the Oilfield, Mining or Municipal Sector

**Position Requirements**:

- Position is an on-site field role, focusing on work in the Lower Mainland, BC
- Schedule: 21 and 7, or 6 and 1

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
