We are a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor porcelain tiles. Our Porcea Elite Collection is made in Italy & designed for North America. We are looking to bring on a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team.

This person's role will be multi-disciplinary including:

- Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service.
- Managing purchasing and planning stock levels
- Supporting with new products and special projects
- The expectation will be for you to deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line
- Your voice needs to be confident, you need to speak with poise and be highly motivated & determined to succeed

Qualifications:

- Strong, talented communicator with a clear voice and ability to relate to customers
- Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets
- B2B sales experience is strongly preferred for this position
- Expectations are very high and you will be rewarded well in the position if you are successful

This position is a base + commission structure. You will be rewarded well with commissions if you are successful in this industry. Salary includes a base (as per experience) and commission (awarded based on sales).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
