Jim Pattison Toyota on Regent has a new opportunity for an Internet Specialist to join our team

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our internet clients. As an Internet Specialist, you must be self-motivated, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.
Our Internet Specialist is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:

- Following up on all internet leads
- Meeting individual and department goals
- Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
- Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all vehicle’s models

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
