**Sales Support Specialist**

**Position Overview: Sales Support Specialist**
- Service our customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support the project managers, outside salespeople, and division manager.
- Attend supplier-supported training when required, in-house or on-site.
- Process all parts quotes and warehouse sales for the mechanical division.
- Monitor the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) projects.
- Send requests for equal information to the internal engineering team.
- Pricing of take-offs assigned to them (including all bid & spec projects, design-build projects, and small projects on a daily basis).
- Preparation of final quotes for all bid and spec projects.
- Assist on an as-needed basis with walk-in and cash customers.
- Attend all divisional and office meetings.
- Participate in customer events, including open houses, sporting events, lunches, etc.
- Perform other duties assigned by the sales team.
- 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service position in HVAC or a similar industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Understanding of how to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
