**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage accounts effectively, nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers while seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape relevant to our industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$29.67 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
