We are currently looking for an experienced **Press Brake Operator** to join our organization on a **full-time** basis

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand blueprints/work orders to produce required parts for finished products
- Set up and operate machine to make adjustments to control speed, material feed and path of the cut
- Responsible for machine maintenance checks to ensure equipment are working at full capacity and producing quality products
- Oversee machine inventory, make sure inventory is stocked with needed materials, and ensure inventory is well-maintained
- Perform periodic checks on output
- Responsible for quality checking the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production
- Communicate issues to Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year’ experience with a CNC Press Brake Machine
- Experience operating a Trumpf machine considered an asset
- Skills training through vocational schools, technical colleges, apprenticeships or college programs preferred
- Must have computer numeric controlled (CNC) knowledge and hands-on experience working with equipment that makes precision bends, punches, or cuts into material
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints or work orders
- Must be able to conduct self-check for parts quality produced to make sure there are no defects
- Have an aptitude for math, problem-solving and computer skills and ability to learn new skills
- Ability to work well independently and cooperate with a team
- Detail oriented
