**Job Title**: Shear and Brake Press Operator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Shear and Brake Press Operator to cut, bend, and form metal parts according to drawings and specifications. This person will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and quality checks to make sure parts meet company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate shear and brake press machines.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy.
- Adjust machines and replace tooling as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience operating shear and/or brake press machines preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Able to lift weight. and stand for long periods.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
