ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Perform duties required to down load, set-up and operate one or more numerical control machines performing various operations on sheet metal and related materials.
- Work from part numbers, work orders, blueprints, drawings, written and verbal instructions. Obtain materials;
- Provide proper part number programming.
- Load and unload material, as well as setting up, aligning, and adjusting punches and dies as required.
- Fabricate first piece; check print; maintain proper tolerances; make appropriate adjustments for angles and dimensions.
- Report any malfunctions to supervision.
- Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Complete required records, reports, and production documentation.
- Detect and report faulty equipment, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.
- Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

**Salary**: $24.55-$26.81 per hour
