**Job description**

  • **Hours are only from 12AM- 6AM **_

**Task**

  • Wash windows, interior walls ,ventilations, and ceilings.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, floors and stairs.
  • Maintain bathrooms (cleaning, counters, sinks, toilets, etc.)
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Pre-wash, disinfect and sanitize surfaces.
  • You’ll be active your whole shift. Your task will require standing for long periods, maneuvering around the machines.

**Skills Set**

  • Prior commercial or Industrial cleaning experience.
  • High attention to detail and a self-starter.
  • Ability to work with mínimal to no supervision.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be happy, humble, honest, and hardworking.

**Required Education**

  • High school diploma or equivalent may be required.

**Other Requirements**

  • On the job training; compliance with safety regulations.
  • A driver licence is **mandatory**.

**Salary**:20.00$ an hour. Shift are 5 hours a day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
