**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or event setups.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices in commercial cleaning environments.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
