**The Role**

We are seeking a **Community Coordinator** [full time, permanent] to join our administrative team who is passionate about providing support to a range of Tribe’s stakeholders. This role is a great fit for someone who is has a keen eye for details, values collaboration, and is looking to develop valuable experience.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Providing administrative support to a property portfolio and team of Rental Managers, including drafting agendas, minutes and correspondence, filing documents and forms on deadlines
- Assisting with researching quotes and other information for maintenance and special projects
- Working with Tribe's Accounting team to assist with financial requests
- Ensuring all activity is conducted in accordance with the directives of the licensed manager
- Maintaining a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio

**What you bring**
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an administration or service-based role
- Proven administrative skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven technology experience using programs such as Microsoft Office and CRMs

**Nice to haves**:

- Previous Strata and/or Rental experience
