Our Billing Specialist must have an excellent eye for detail to catch errors on invoices and billing. You should also be a good problem-solver, analytical, and have excellent technical skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, review and validate dispatch response invoices from 3rd parties (police departments and private companies) against the operating system.
- Process and code the dispatch invoices in the system in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Bill customers (individuals, dealers and institutional) for dispatches in accordance with the established pricing.
- Liaising with customers, 3rd parties and internal company departments.
- Resolving dispatch related customer complaints and disputes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Billing Specialist
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Results-driven and patient
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Pay**: $40,000 to $43,000

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00PM

**Location**:North York (Yonge & Finch)
