Seeking Production Coordinator with extensive knowledge in apparel construction to manage production process of multiple programs. you will be responsible for various parts of production chain from preparing purchase orders for suppliers to creating print & import tech packs. Fit & spec knowledge is essential. There will be communication both with overseas suppliers as well as domestic. Knowledge of screen printing oriented products an asset
- **JOB DESCRIPTION**_
- Create domestic & import working tech packs to ensure designs are properly executed.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to ensure products are developed & changes are made properly
- Book overseas productions & shipments
- Create purchase orders with suppliers
- Place orders & communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Update daily workflow list to ensure projects timeline
- Participate & take notes in fit meetings to communicate with suppliers
- Prepare & send out samples to suppliers
- Online catalogue product image & description prep
- Prep product visual proofs & presentation boards
- Sketch styles
- **SKILLS**_
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented w/ strong attention to detail
- DEC/Bachelors degree in Fashion design
- Knowledge of fabric, apparel construction & print techniques
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Excel / Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Bi-lingual
- Good team work skills
- Knowledge of garment construction & fabrics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Illustrator / fashion: 2 years (required)
