**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
As a Junior Product Manager, your focus will be to help develop and select the styles to drive your commodity businesses. you’ll blend your passion for fashion with a sharp business sense, carefully building assortments that will captivate our customers and keep them coming back for more.

**What you will do**:

- Develop Merchandising programs
- Do trend and competition analysis, to ensure products are trend right.
- Offer us your great ideas on how to increase sales opportunities and improve our margins.
- Work with your volleauges in Planning & Allocation to perform analysis on performances.
- Let us know when you think there are great marketing and promotional opportunities.

**Qualifications** Who you are**:

- University or College degree in Merchandising Management, Fashion Marketing or related field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising management/retail buying experience.
- Excellent sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
- Good financial acumen and analytical skills.
