NorthStar Ford Auto Group is looking for an Guest Experience Specialist to join our busy service department in Northwest Calgary

The Guest Experience Specialist’s primary focus is to ensure that all guests have the best experience possible. This will be achieved by ensuring that all guests are called and spoken to regarding their visit to our Service Department. This will include confirming appointment times and phone calls made within 48 hours of their completion of service. This role will be the champion of our OneCX survey results and activities to achieve and maintain a OneCX rating that is at or higher than the group average. The Guest Experience Specialist will escalate any issues that can not be resolved by themselves to the appropriate Manager for resolution. This position will also provide absence coverage as directed by the Appointment Coordinator Supervisor for sick or vacation time, however, must ensure that the Guest Experience function remains top priority.

You must also have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment an asset
- Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of automotive service an asset
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 8am to 5pm

**Experience**:

- Automotive Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
