Raven Force Couriers is searching to fill a position for a **Full-Time, Logistics Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist supervisor with warehouse management.
- Help warehouse manager with loading/unloading trucks.
- Preparing skids for customer pick ups (will require ability to operate a pallet-jack or forklift; training available).
- Act as the main point-of-contact for final-mile deliveries.
- Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking.
- Maintain contact with the airlines, trucking companies and any agents that will be handling the freight to ensure shipper and consignees are aware of any problems.
- Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
- Manage customer support by responding to and handling all daily customer service requests.
- Notify customers of any delays in shipping and dispatching points.
- Perform various data management tasks. Scan and manage parcel with minimum sort errors.
- Greet customers who come to pick up their parcel at the delivery center. Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system.
- Accept both written and verbal communications from customers and fellow team members and relay information appropriately.
- Ensure the cleanliness of workplaces to ensure that they are always presentable
- Follow the occupational health and safety rules in force.
- May require to go on a delivery route if short-staffed.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated prior experience in customer service roles.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Experience using a pallet-jack/forklift is preferred. (training available)
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
