Human Resources Administrator

As an integral part of our team, you'll play a key role in HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to training and event management. You will be the driving force behind our team, ensuring we maintain our status as an employer of choice and a thriving place to work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent CS Day Transport at career fairs and recruitment events
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and practices through continuous learning
- Streamline hiring processes, including applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program to attract and retain global talent
- Coordinate training materials for new drivers
- Oversee distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Handle key dates including probation reviews, anniversaries, and benefit changes
- Facilitate the removal of employee data during resignations or terminations
- Assist in planning company events, such as the annual Christmas Party and Employee Barbecue
- Support employees on Workers Compensation Leave

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A degree or certificate in Human Resource Management or Administration
- 1-2 years of experience within the HR field

**Skills**:

- A thorough understanding of HR policy, practices, and process
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail to ensure data entry correctness
- The ability to work well independently and collaboratively

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Alternate hours may be considered
- Occasional travel and working outside regular hours to support recruitment events
- Occasional work on statutory holidays for bi-weekly payroll entry
- Possibility for flexible or remote work to be discussed

**Physical Requirements**:

- Occasional moving and lifting of boxes and materials up to 25 pounds
- Lifting and carrying of boxes and materials, occasionally up a flight of stairs for storage
