HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Administration support to relieve some of the workload from the HR Advisors.
- Oversee and update the Organizational Chart to reflect current data.
- Assist with data entry into various systems, reports, and documents.
- Maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
- Update and maintain HR documents for distribution throughout the company.
- Oversee the administration for the performance review process and ensure proper documentation and reporting metrics.
- Help administrate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for HR personnel and operations.
- Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills.
Required Experience
- Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Previous HR experience considered an asset.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws and best practices.
- Strong computer skills required; familiarity with HRIS systems.
