The **Logistics Coordinator**, reports to the Procurement Manager and will be responsible to carry out all day-to-day coordination activities associated with ensuring the production facility and branches have the materials required to efficiently meet production demand and customer orders.

Specifically, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and organizing the daily dispatch of all materials required for the production facility and branch-level fabrication needs
- Plan raw material requirements to meet customer delivery expectations
- Ensure branches have appropriate paperwork complete and on time to meet schedule requirements
- Maintains accurate schedule to support multiple project requirements and prioritizing based on information available.
- Hold people accountable for adhering to process and procedures as they relate to process workflow and efficiency of the Production Center.
- Responsible maintaining accurate inventory counts and communicating with stakeholders.
- Oversee shipping and receiving with a high level of accuracy and organization, in alignment with company policy and procedures.
- Coordinate deliveries with branches and managing shipment of materials maintaining clear communication.

**Your Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry or a combination of experience and related courses/education in the logistics/supply chain management field
- Knowledge of scheduling software and a solid understanding of POD (proof of delivery) system is considered an asset
- Solid network and reputation within the construction industry
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with national and international import/export processes and legislation
