**SHOWROOM COORDINATOR**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You must have a reliable vehicle
- Bondable
- Reliable team player
- mature with a strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic, welcoming, comfortable managing a variety of client personalities
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Two years minimum sales / customer service
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist showroom customers in assessing their needs, directing their product selections
- Maintaining pro-active communication with customers
- Manage:
- business calendars
- CRM database
- Shared drive folders
- Tracking lead generation
- Processing client payments
- Assist with shipping / receiving
- Assist with cleanliness of the showroom
- Data entry of weekly shop Inventory
- Tracking business KPI’s
- Preparing weekly pick up lists of materials and shop inventory required for upcoming projects
- Update shop dashboard weekly
- Assist with ordering project materials from vendors as required
- Print work order sheets for upcoming projects and service calls
- Forward pre-job checklists to customers for upcoming projects
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Maintain working relationships with vendors and partners
- Manage all other unforeseen day-to-day tasks that arise
- Assist General Manager and Design Specialist as required
- Adhere to all UBR policies and procedures

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Experience working within a small, rapidly growing company
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity and technical knowledge of bathroom products
- A quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately source products for bathroom renovation projects
- Background in renovations, sales, customer service and interior design
- Ability to competently work with clients to assist in design decisions

$45,000 - $50,000.00 annually
