We are looking for an Inside Sales/Support Representative to become part of our growth into Payzant Commercial Supply

The Inside Sales/Support Representative is fluent in the range of products offered and is quick to find solutions, identify alternatives, and resolve issues for customers. They are the pulse of the showroom in the General Managers absence and are the face of the business for walk-in customers as they formulate an opinion of PCS. It is of the upmost importance that the representative must show a strong presence and begin establishing positive relationships from day one

**Responsibilities**:

- Building quotes based on requests.
- Build and maintain a quotation log for tracking market pricing and project intel.
- Build a follow up system to ensure all quotes are responded to by our customer either through the sales representative or directly with the customer.
- Maintain project specific price lists. To ensure accurate pricing/invoicing across both banners for PCS customers.
- Communicate supplier pricing updates.
- Continuous, open line of communication with the PRO team and support Payzant account managers/representatives throughout PCS transactions.
- Be an expert on shelf stock and tool assortments and willing to source all required parts and pieces.
- First point of contact with walk-in and showroom customers.
- Be well versed on the unique designs offered by suppliers.
- Display sound knowledgeable in the various products offered by PCS.
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
- Fall Arrest equipment inspection and certification (as a service offered by PCS).
- Stock showroom shelves.
- Maintain inventory levels for pickup items within the Burnside showroom and warehouse.
- Coordinate replenishment of sold items or stockouts in Burnside.
- Coordinate the rounding up of “pickup material” not readily available in Burnside.
- Other related duties and special assignments as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Supply considered an Asset.
- Great time management, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work independently but collaboartively.
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and follow-up skills.
- Rational decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
