**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team. The office manager will be responsible for office organization, administrative duties, and expense entries. The position will help ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency of our office and warehouse. **Specific responsibilities**:
**Office Organization**
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Purchasing and receiving.
- Expense entries.
**Shipping and Receiving**
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including processing orders, packing, and labeling.
- Communicate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries.
- Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and resolve any logistics-related issues.
**Inventory Management**
- Track inventory levels and update inventory management systems regularly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate restocking of products and supplies with suppliers.
- Identify and address inventory shortages or discrepancies.
**General Logistics Coordination**
- Plan and execute logístical operations to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
- Develop and implement systems for improving logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
**Team Collaboration and Culture**
- Support team members by ensuring they have the resources needed to work effectively.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with company values.

**Salary and Benefits**
This is a part-time position or full-time position with health and dental benefits. InWater will provide the following:
