Edmonton, Canada The UPS Store Full time

The UPS Store is a locally owned franchise business looking to hire multiple positions (part-time & full time) Customer Service Representatives for Edmonton and Sherwood Park locations. We are looking for hard working individuals with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Duties**
- Delivers exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust with customers for future business
- Provides knowledgeable business solutions to customers including packaging, shipping, printing, and finishing options
- Works directly with customers to interpret client design needs
- Develops graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and print marketing
- Receives and distributes parcels to mailbox holders
- Understands and educate customers of mailbox options and benefits
- Operates all store equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment
- Utilizes computer software and presents customers with multiple shipping options for delivering parcels to their destinations with varying speed and protections.
- Follows standard packaging guidelines; accurately assess materials necessary for packing jobs and perform at customers’ request
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- May be required to open or close the store
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required
- Experience working in retail/customer service environment; experience with shipping or postal office considered an asset
- Graphic design and experience working in a print environment preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service experience with strong verbal/written skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
