Wage range from $39.00 to $41.00 per hour based on education and experience. Includes additional perks such as a bonus and commission.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with staff recruitment, development and retention
- Develop and sustain customer relationships
- Provide motivation, directions, discipline and support _(i.e. meeting sales objectives, branch organization, staff performance and conflict resolution)_
- Keep abreast of our products, services and policies
- Effectively and efficiently resolve customer and staff concerns
- Work with Sales staff to maintain and develop sales leads
- Complete reporting accurately and on time

**Essential**:

- Previous Management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintains professional and respectful demeanour in stressful situations
- Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking and time management
- Familiarity with the plumbing and heating distribution industry

Pay: $39.00-$41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
