**Concrete Crew Lead - Select Sprinklers/Select Contractors**
We are looking to fill the position of Concrete Crew Lead.
**About the Company;**
Select Sprinklers / Contractors are a multi-faceted organization based out of Port Coquitlam. Select Contractors specializes in concrete, asphalt, demo, paving stones, and landscaping repairs.
**Job Description;**
As a concrete finisher or crew lead you be in charge of a team of 1-3 other employees, completing jobs such as, paver repairs and replacement, concrete demo, prep, and installation, asphalt, minor landscaping and other flatwork and hardscape work.
Our work is primarily through local utility companies taking place on sites they have done their work. We then repair all affected areas to 100% of the original condition.
Rough breakdown of job is as follows:
70% Concrete Repairs
20% Asphalt
5% Paving Stones
5% Landscaping
Plenty of overtime opportunities will be available.
**Job Requirements;**
To be successful in this position, you must bring a strong work ethic, be dependable and reliable, be physically fit, as well as have a mode of transportation to get to and from job-sites / company office.
Attention to detail, assertiveness and being pro-active within this role will see fast advancement in position and pay.
Finisher/Crew Lead:
2+ years finishing and placing concrete is required for crew lead and finisher.
Ability to run a small crew.
Dealing directly with customers, homeowners, and project managers.
Must be able to replace / install bricks and pavers.
Have necessary skills of driving trucks, and pulling trailers.
Ability to install coloured and stamped concrete is a major asset.
Ability to install asphalt is a major asset.
Steel Toe Boots + Work Pants / Shorts required
**Starting wage**:$35.00-50.00 per hour + O.T. Based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
