**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, install, and strip formwork for foundations, footings, walls, and slabs
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Work with ICF, traditional wood, and steel forming systems
- Measure, cut, and assemble form materials to required dimensions
- Assist with layout, levelling, and alignment of forms
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and crew members to complete projects on time and to spec

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of concrete formwork carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and use of hand/power tools
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation an asset
