**Elysian Ventures** is dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Our specialized programs are designed to meet the unique needs of adults with complex needs and high behaviors.

**Schedule**: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)

**What We Offer**:

- 24/7 support for individuals in their homes and communities
- Paid specialized training, including CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention) and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals
- Provide mental health and behavioral support
- Assist with home routines such as cleaning and laundry
- Build meaningful relationships and empower individuals to make choices

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/degree in a related field (e.g., Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology) OR equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Additional assets: First Aid/CPR, CPI training, Medication Administration certification
- Required: Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening, Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract, and $2 million vehicle insurance coverage

**A Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector) that is dated within the last 6 months**

**Proof of eligibility to work in Canada**

**Class 5 Alberta Government Issued Driver’s License**

**A Driver's Abstract that is dated within the last 6 months**

**Copy of education listed in resume.**

**Please note that given the nature of our work, proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.**
