Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential extend or convert
Pay Range: $72.62 to $82.73 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, influence, and manage a portfolio of contracts supporting all aspects of the negotiation of the contract
- Act as an interface between Strategic Sourcing, Client’s Legal, external vendors and the Client’s Business Line while interfacing at all levels within the Client’s including Senior Management globally
- Drive to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and guidance on Client’s risk-based policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and coordination of all Client’s Risk Partners as their requirements pertain to the contract
- Implementation of SLA Management
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Contract Management experience
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative and can work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable and confident communicating at all levels including business partners, Executives and Vendors
- Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Office suite of products
