**Bereavement Care Coordinator**

This is a young and dynamic organization with an active board of directors seeking more funds to continue to support high touch, high impact counselling in one on one and group formats.

This position reports to the Executive Director and will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Heartache2Hope programming. Last year, more than 300 grievers accessed the services - 27% higher than the year before. This growth has created the need for another clinical professional to join the team.

The role will start out as part time at 15 hours per week helping with intake, counselling, group facilitation and supervising the Peer Supporters. This will suit a registered and highly empathetic social worker or psychotherapist with specific experience in trauma, grief or bereavement.

The office is located in Oakville and services are offered in person and virtually and programs often run on the weekends and in the evenings.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
