**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Team Trainer and Coach to join our growing team.
As the Door-to-Door Sales Team Trainer and Coach, you will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and support to our sales team to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Deliver training sessions to new hires and ongoing coaching to existing team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop individualized coaching plans to address these areas.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as conversion rates and average sale value, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain shift schedules to ensure sufficient employee coverage.
- Manage the efforts and activities of a sales team in alignment with sales goals and revenue objectives.
- Strive to minimize staff turnover and to keep team headcount at acceptable levelsWork closely with sales team members to identify their personal and professional goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve these goals.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the sales team to improve their performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training and coaching, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of improving sales team performance and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations to conduct training and coaching sessions.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
