**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining high levels of food safety and sanitation.
- Keep the cafe and indoor play area clean and organized, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure accurate and timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the cafe, the toys and the play equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- The ability to stand and actively move around for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude, ability to work both independantly and as a team, a love of children and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
