The Measurement and Analysis (PAMA) business segment develops, manufactures, sells, delivers and services products and solutions to enable industrial and energy customers to improve the efficiency and profitability of their operations. We are committed to serving our customers with the best digital solutions to meet their needs quickly and reliably, while providing a global service network. In this role, you will establish and maintain a culture of quality in the Process Automation, Measurement and Analysis division in Canada, controlling quality through systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Reporting to the local Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a quality management system, managing all aspects in accordance with ABB Group, Divisional or Business Line guidelines.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prevent errors and failures in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions or services to customers
- Focus on preventing problems rather than controlling them; drive the use of process management to ensure consistent results
- Verify that effective internal controls are in place to ensure that processes continue to meet requirements and that control plans are followed and effective
- Ensure customer input is represented in the local business and present customer feedback on their experience to the management team
- Motivate and coach all employees in assessing risks, issues and solutions from the customer/stakeholder perspective
- Assist the Engineering function by providing product data and assessments, and validating APQP plans to ensure effective introduction of new products
- Conduct audits, in accordance with ISO principles, and ensure the use of analysis to identify risks, failures and non-conformances, and ensure appropriate action is taken
- Ensure compliance of our contract engineering area

**Your background**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in quality management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working in the high-tech industry
- In-depth knowledge of quality management best practices (audits, certifications, operational excellence)
- Relevant experience with Lean Six Sigma is preferred
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
